Join in this yoga class for everyone. Move from one posture to another, breathe deeply, stretch and elongate muscles building strength all the while releasing stress and anxiety, up to 2x a week.

Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. If you feel you will need other yoga tools such as blocks, a blanket and a strap feel free to bring them.
These classes are on a donation basis.
